@janbert said: Quiet often though the preset name doesn`t always tell me what instrument it is. You can rename the row/preset in arranger mode, with audition+NAME pad if im not mistaken. There is a few ways to make the song view a bit mor…

...just get a 2nd deluge;D
-
is there a chance you using the same sample when it crashes, like in a drum kit? if you are using stock kit samples maybe download the factory content and replace it on your card, there's a chance a sample got corrupted for some reason....
-
check if you have the SONGS folder, if not make one
-
correct
-
what you can do is connect midi out to midi in (just with a cable or with a router), then use a midi clip to control as many synth clips you want simultaneously...
-
Yes, set type to audio in. Note: to hear it a note must be pressed.
-
go into arranger, think is audition pad+name (the pad right of sidechain send)
-
what you can do, put a random synth you wont use, set it on keyboard mode, go back to song, and you will get a nice multicolored row to separate your clips
-
so it doest work also for changing filter to eq? then it might be a faulty knob.
-
There's only 1 audio out so I guess the answer is no.
-
Nope.
-
Yes. The synth or kit in your song will still have the old name though.
-
Only links you need to watch are samples, if you don't move them you are good. Songs synths and kits are stored in the song file and are not linked to synth/kit preset location. As long as you don't move the samples or rename their folders you can m…

Yes, set the polyphony to POLY. Note this will generate A LOT of voices in an arp and is a big hit on cpu.

maybe the folder SONGS need to be present?

I'm sure 128gb works. No storage mode, sry.

At least you can resell it for basically the same price... You may look into akai mpc or force...

@MozartVonRobot said: @volsteh said: Actually, they said the next update was in the works alongside the 4.0 and come out soon™ after... And once again, I am back on the hopium. Could 4.1 finally make kits usable? …

@johnfranklin said: Keyboard mode in kits would be a great addition, you're right. No one can argue with the fact that finger drumming would be easier utilising the grid. I hear that the point of your initial post is frustration at the dev…

Apart form audio clips, all other sounds coming from an osc can be amplified by patching env1 to osc volume with positive value.
-
Probably not related, noticed folders that start with a "." are nor showing when browsing synths
-
maybe you accidentally set 90%ish chance on that snare dropping out?
-
maybe you using samples with very long silence tails? maybe the hihat? cropping them in waveform view may help
-
do you have a arpeggio track and is set to poly? these can generate insane number of voices. shortening release on chord tracks also can help.
