This news LOOKS GREAT! Ordered. Synthstrom again is the company with the best upgrade policies! (If there was another electronic part I would wish to add, it would be a dedicated faderbank and / or a multichannel XLR audio input module)
-
ORDERED! What a great upgrade. (Also no reply email, but did note it in monetary account.)
-
Bravo again, for the Synth with the most Updates! Turning the Tables...
-
Will do. Congrats as always on making a great device as an independent company! (And the most updates of anyone, commendable.)
-
Sounds Good! + I'm glad such a thing exists
-
I've used Quadra Thru a lot with various gear, and have no problems with it!
-
+1 for Visual Track Faders mode! (we have it on Tenori-on, it's very useful in a live perfomance setting. I recorded a MC707 + Deluge as MIDI master video last night! Will upload in the next few days. It's a fine combination. I think I will…

I'm repeating my wish for the option of "global note repeat" that can be spontaneously be recorded into any sequencer track. I recorded this video while evaluating the MPC Live 2 which has a nice implementation of this feature!
-
+1 also handy if editing a long chord progression
-
Our beaches and parks are shut down! It's a somber mood, but many of we musicians are at home recording
-
that would be nice! I'm using VT4 until then
-
I'm hoping to use my NanoKontrol Studio via USB directly for fading, as it does have it's own battery power. Haven't got it working yet
-
Most of all, I think it's meant to be a main sequencer for several items of pro gear, MIDI, analog w CV etc. secondarily are it's internal sounds, which are frequently expanded and very customizable. Third, It's MIDI input options are quite extens…

If a note's start point is missed by the current play head, then it just should not be heard. Triggering it slightly later actually makes no sense if the composition is considered perfect, as it is in most electronic music.
-
Still wishing upon a star for this! I don't think it's possible to do with external gear, even this KordBot perhaps I shall have to develop my own app for laptop or mobile to play as i wish to
-
Right! the 505 implementation is very good, and it "stays on beat"! Going off beat can be interesting too, but it's much more useful On Time Also note the new "Scatter" modes on the MC 707 for another fine example, It also exists on the Electr…

they seem more dedicated to updating the firmware than 90% of the others! the box is well built and you can replace the batteries later on.
-
I can't believe nobody else is concerned by this, the fix should not be so hard
-
Excellent addition, I've hoped but did not know if it would be technically possible. I really hope I will be able to replace my external Looper* with this feature! B - D Travel light.
-
It seems they're doing it with Deluge's "sister", Zoia. ; - ) I had thought it was only an FX box.
-
Right! I have thought this also, while doing 5 and 7 Beat things. Might as well have each bar on one "screen" so we know what's happening
-
The recent news was so tragic, we are sending our good thoughts to New Zealand!
-
A really easy way to add global note repeat to current functionality: have it toggle on/off somewhere, and - If the preview pads or sequencer pads are held down, it will repeatedly play notes in sync with the current music, at the speed matching …
-
Great addition! So if I still want the file to start with a number I can type: 036Eagle and it will come up after 35? (Because I used a number system to categorize them up to this point.)
-
It happened again the other day. I didn't note the specifics, but again I had written a melody, accidentally turned the track into a Kit, then turned it back to a synth. Some notes had changed, and Undo didn't get them back
-
This Deluge way could be used to do a lot of things! But I still wish for the simpler way I'm used to, on Electribes, etc. Which is: Every param for a synth is a Global value per file, UNLESS that is being overwritten by a "motion sequence" of kno…
-
What I meant above was that the stutter could lock to 1/4, 1/6, 1/8, 1/12 so that the sounds would stay relatively on beat while the adjustment is made
-
Trade a laptop for something with a small screen that doesn't fold upward? ; - ) Yes, it'll be good, how good will be revealed in the playing of it. If it were still portable I'd be more interested. Force is basically a DAWless DAW, the Deluge…
-
If the sample were set to "timestretch" I wonder if would be different? also, you could trigger a copy of that sample partway through with a different start point ( to get a de-facto restart ) I never would have thought to use one 9 minute sam…

Indeed, it would take a lot? of new coding, but it would also open up a new set of customers, the Live Loopers! many of whom love hardware, and don't want to use a laptop.
