I'm anxious about the next firmware update. When do you think we'll get one?
-
I think it might work if you pan all synth tracks in one direction and all drum tracks to the other direction. You can pan tracks using the bottom gold knob and selecting the volume/pan parameter.

Thanks!

Here's the list with my notes. Anyone know the missing ones? 0 TR-808 = Roland TR-808 1 DDD-1 = ? 2 SDS-5 = ? 3 TR-909 = Roland TR-909 4 R-50 = Kawai R-50? 5 R-100 = Kawai R-100? 6 LD = LinnDrum 7 HR-16B = Alesis HR…

You could have two tracks with similar voices controlled by the same midi channel. Then you have four oscillators!
-
+1 (soloing to find a track is a little bit annoying)
-
This would also help in remembering which midi channels are assigned to which tracks when using a controller.

In arranger mode, scroll horizontally until the first measure you want played is in the first column of the grid. Then you hold down the <> knob while pressing play.

It seems like once you save the new preset that you want, you need to assign a different preset to the track you were working on before you apply the new desired preset to the other track.

I hope this gets sorted out in the next firmware update. It makes it extremely difficult to adjust the volume for each track when trying mixing a song.
