Yeah... There's a search bar here. I wish more people would use it before posting firmware suggestions.
-
Sweet. Will you be at Kraak Festival by any chance?
-
Also negative values for the gold knobs. But yeah keen for modulation of everything and gold knob assignment too. But yeah, good suggestion. +1
-
And program change!

You Americans...

I use the tap before I start doing anything. I do like that it moves in musical steps too but reversing the current way seems to be more useful for most people. But I'm a big fan of cranking it up to FAST. Might be a bit annoying to hold it …

Looks great!
-
@Sam but can you record the automation of the transposition done that way? I thought you could only record the automation changes through the gold knobs. Or did I misunderstand the OP?
-
@fryyyy You can press shift then the sync button on the grid.
-
You just have to do it by ear using the custom 1 gold knob per sample I believe.
-
Can't you just draw the C3 note to how every long your external sequence is?
-
Very interesting...

This is a very old request. Here's at least one of them, go up vote that one. http://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/270/triplet-sync-options#latest
-
I hope it's a matter of time. It's been brought up here as well: http://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/494/creating-a-midi-drum-map#latest I'm super keen to see this implemented.
-
@redhighways said: Can I sketch an idea out with the onboard synth, then push the note data to an outboard synth? How would I accomplish this? If you don't need to keep the original synth sound you can just press the midi button when…

@amiga909 Nice one!
-
I've not experienced this and I have no idea how to help.
-
Or J Dilla that shit up and record beats in with no quantise. https://www.vox.com/videos/2017/12/6/16742248/j-dilla-humanized-mpc3000

With reverb I don't think there would be a CPU issue as it's a master effect. But I have no idea about the rest of it synths releasing etc.
-
Yeah great idea.
-
@22tape productivity is what it's all about. I bought this machine to get away from having to use a computer all the time. Like so many others too.
-
@Klaustrophil +1 I think that the firmware testing is good to be in a controlled environment and I guess facebook was just the easiest option. Maybe this could change in the future, but for me that's not such a big deal. But the rest of it... u…

The title of this post is slightly misleading. Great idea though. It's ties in to this idea a bit. http://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/400/dual-screen-mode-2-different-screens-on-a-single-page/p1
-
The discussion was about using various types of laptop cases. Nothing concrete.
-
Maybe this ties in with this suggestion/thread?
-
https://freesound.org/people/modularsamples/ You need to sign up. But it's a great resource,
-
Great! Thanks heaps.
-
I think at least the Kit and Synth preset 0 need to be on. There could be more though...
-
That would be super useful. It would also be great for workflow.

It's not clear what can't be done in the "read first before posting" post by Ian in the software section. This is a hardware limitation.
