  • @ceetronic said: Hi Gerwin, I think I had this once when I had 3 clips of which two were clones of the first. I'd deleted the first clip and then had two orphaned clips in arranger. It was a while ago, but I don't think I managed to remove…
  • @Alder_Dice said: Really nice work. The mix is is layered so well and I love the little 'reversed' sounds at around 50 seconds in. But you should really bend at the knees when lifting all that gear! Thank you for your nice comment.…
  • This shows how it’s made.
  • @amiga909 said: http://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/1649/reinforce-color-coding-of-sound-editor-shortcuts Thank you!
  • @rohan said: @Gerwin sounds super frustrating, I'm really sorry this happened! You don’t need to apologize. It’s my own fault. I updated to optimistic and to early. This can always happen to everyone. I am happy with the Deluge thanks for…
  • @rohan said: If either of you, or anyone else, is interested in joining the beta testers group, and letting me know if any such errors recur on the current V3.1.1-beta2 build, this would be very helpful also I really appreciate the work …
  • @rohan I also had a crash today when I pressed play while pressing <> . The Deluge was frozen twice and once it showed E027 and played a buzzing noise. I think I go back to 3.0.5 until the bugs are solved.
  • O.K. Problem is solved. It seems that the SE02 requires a little bit more than 5V. According to the manual the Monologue delivers also 5V on Trigger Out. But it maybe that the current of the Monologue is a little bit higher as that of the Deluge. S…
  • I’ve got a reply from Synthstrom. They suggest me to ask in the FB Group because there is more traffic. Unfortunately I might register to FB which I don’t really like to do.
  • Thanks Mate! I posted an email to them. Let’s see what they can do for me!
  • @NRuck said: Try emailing Synthstrom. They are very helpful Thank you so much for your help. I think I tried to solve this problem long enough. Finally it’s O.K. to bother Synthstrom. I think they also have an interest that their device w…
  • There is another detail which is not an issue but it maybe important to know ; the sequencer of SE-02 keeps working if I stop the Sequencer of the Monologue. It will stop as soon I stop the Deluge. This means to me that the SE02 is triggert by th…
  • Ok, here a little bit more simple but detailed. Deluge Gate 1 ( S-trig / 4 PPQN ) - Monologe Trigger in ( Sync in unit 1/16 note ) Deluge Gate 2 ( V-trig / 4 PPQN ) - SE 02 Trigger in Result; Sequencer of Monologe works. Sequencer of SE02 does …
  • S> @NRuck said: OK. Could be the PPQN rate? My understanding is that Korg gear accepts 24 PPQN (pulse per quarter note) The SE02 might work on a different PPQN rate, so that's worth checking out. Deluge can send different PPQN rates but you…
  • The SE02 has a gate Input and a trigger input and output.
  • S> @NRuck said: Only guessing here but Monologue has only trig in / out not cv gate in, whereas Se02 has cv in / gate / out AND trig in / out. Have you tried outputting direct from Deluge to trig in of SE02, sending 5v pulses (i think) …
  • So you would like to set combinations of tracks and use them as scenes. I am still not that deep in composing on the Deluge. AFAIK this is possible. You can gether Tracks in clusters and separate them by unrecorded tracks as marks. You can arm …
  • Yes, I am very happy with it. I use it in a setup with a Korg Monologue and Roland SE02. The SE02 has Inputs for Gate Trigger, Gate, CV and VCF. This makes it a good companion for Deluge. The Deluge synth is not bad. But for the more special Sounds…
  • External Midi controllers should be used as a performance tool not as a synth programmer. So only certain controllers and cc mappings make sence for Deluge.
  • Hello, I was also very interested in Akai Force but never tried one. But I found a posting in reddit of someone who described obout his experience and how much it feels like using a DAW or hardware device. https://www.reddit.com/r/synthesizers…
  • You must stop recording by pressing mute / launches button and wait until the Deluge stops recording at the end of the bar. If you stop on play,- or record button the recording is gone.
  • You could also use a midi thru box to split midi to several devices. Iconnect mio is an Interface and works also as a merger and thru box. It has even Midi Filter and remapping funktions. It runs your hardware even without computer. But if you wish…
