Late to the party! Any chance of a v4 version?

Trimming a sample, is alwaays streched
Simple question: why isn't there the option to trim the beginning of a recorded audio sample, only to trim the end? Is there a technical reason for this? It seems like a key feature that should be added. I often find myself needing this. For instance, when I record and play a few loops, I want to include them in my song, but there's usually some noodling before the audio I want to use.
