  • Two MPCs with velocity sensitivity and choke function

An idea to make kits more "playable" when recording/performing:

Basically, split the grid into 4x8 "pad groups".

Assign one sample to each pad group. Or a whole 16 sample kit to each half (or a 32 sample super kit across the grid!)

Deluge auto-assigns 2 velocities to each pair in the group, bottom pair at lower velocity (eg 60) and the top pair higher (eg 99). The paired velocities compensates for the size of the pads so can be played in pairs side-by-side quickly or above/below for quicker hard/soft alternation.

These velocities can then be individually adjusted as required like the usual by holding and adjusting.

Also, CHOKE function: As per diagram, holding a pad from one pad group while pressing a pad in another (like long notes in synth) can pair pad groups and create a choke group.

That's it. Hope you like.

(I have searched to see if there's something familiar but had no luck. Apologies if repeating)
