While absolutely not cheap, mine arrived after 10 days from ordering which is fairly fast to New Zealand, and I can report that the magnetic version is super high-quality - the photos don't do it justice (and sorry, the light in my kitchen made it look like it has white speckles which it doesn't).

It's nothing like a vinyl wrap or sticker, the finish is identical to my DSI Tempest. I went for the colour magnetic version and was worried it'd make the Deluge look garish or cheap (like some of the other overlays I saw) but no. Super classy while grouping functions into an infinitely easier to read layout.

The magnetic version is a no-brainer to install/remove and the fit was perfect. It's slightly thicker than a wrap so you'll notice that the small, round buttons have slightly less travel but I actually find this more comfortable when pressing - buttons trigger all functions with no issue. YMMV.

I'd prefer no cut-out for the Synthstrom or Deluge logos but overall, a huge improvement when playing live, or if you're new to Deluge like me.

Sure, it ain't cheap but you absolutely get what you pay for. Hope that helps someone.

I'm sure there will be hatters but the OLED should display waveforms - start/end, loop points, chops, selecting, zooming/scrolling etc.

The Digitakt has a similar resolution so it's possible on the Deluge. And those who prefer existing methods get to keep current workflows. Cheers
