  • Clicks, cracks and random volume "surges" ?

    Hi @reza.
Sorry for not replying, I had not seen your post. And thanks for your reply.
Turned out, it was a hardware problem : the master volume encoder was defective.
I had the unit sent for repair, and now, it works like a charm.
    Thanks again.

  • [REQUEST] Metal Fetishist emulation.

    Hi.
The Metal Fetishist (https://bodysynths.com) workflow type is appealing for those of us in the industrial sound area.
What makes it appealing is how it combines randomness, for one oscillator, of both steps triggering and filter cutoff value per step, and allows to maintain steps as a loop after they have been randomized.
I've tried to preset a synth sound on Deluge that would get as close as possible to the spontaneous workflow of the MF, by assigning S&H lfo waveform on the filter and pitch of a sawtooth oscillator and to euclidean sequence that preset.
But the impossibility to "freeze" a random number of steps the way the MF does, jeopardizes the main point of such workflow inside Deluge.
On the facebook deluge users page, someone (Dan Bocook) suggested that it would work if we were : "able to route a kit track to the synth track's parameters as a trigger, such as a kit track routed to the synths filter cutoff or some other effect. [...] Maybe a firmware request could make it happen...it'd be really cool. Other option is if they could make the side chain feature routable instead of it just being a ducking feature, you could have the side chain push or duck an assigned parameter(s) "
    So, there you have it.
    Thanks for your time.
