I solved my issue In the arranger view once I figured out how to switch track section colors to progress through the song. Instead of using the songs repeat count, I can repeat the section in the arranger x number of times and then add one more and change the section color to move on in the song.

WISHLIST: I would be nice to have a routing feature to designate the next section number/color after a repeat:x automation completes. Right now the launch button flashes green/current and red/next to outline the automation. When the green sectiion completes playback it steps to the next section or if on the last section it halts. Section routing would allow a complex song structure to override these default actions. The routing would use the same iteration dependency options found on an individual note/hit. It will jump first to section 1/2 and then to coda 2/2.
