Four self-generating experiments
Well, done, @Alder_Dice ! I just got my Deluge about a week ago, and had been experimenting with just probability on notes with kits. I hadn't thought about the side chain idea --- I'll have to watch the tutorial video and play with it.

Deluge as a MIDI device
USB as a device works beatifully; I use it as a controller/sequencer for the stuff we build at work.
I believe it charges the battery while in device mode off of USB, but don't quote me on that. I've never run the battery flat while using it that way, anyway. But most of my test runs are only an hour or so at a time, which the Deluge on battery can definitely handle.

Deluge / Synth meetup in greater SF Bay Area?
A random thought. Are there enough folks in the SF Bay Area (California / Silicon Valley) for a meetup at some point this summer?
I love south of the region, but was thinking someplace in the midpoint, like San Mateo, assuming we can find a cafe or something.
