  • Behringer FCB1010 MIDI foot controller to control Deluge looper

I have an FCB 1010 and can confirm that it works fine with the deluge. You just need to set it up to send midi note messages rather than the standard PC messages that the pedals send by default. I’ve not had any problems with latency for looping so far either. As for momentary stuff, I’m not sure it can do that but I’ll experiment.

I was thinking of making a quick video tutorial this weekend if people would be interested. Let me know!

  • controller for the loop function - which is the best?

Heya. I own a behringer fcb1010 and have used it to control the deluge without any problems. It's super powerful and is able to output any combination of (up to 2) CC, (one) PC, and (one) Note messages per pedal. You need to dig into the settings to get the pedals to send a note on rather than a PC message but once you've done that for a bank of pedals you can control the deluge the same was as if you had a midi keyboard.
