  • keyboard view for kit track - use grid for playing samples

Would be nice to have ability to use grid to play samples. Right now we can only live preview them using audition pads(those on the far right). What I propose is to add mode which will be opened by pressing keyboard button(the same we can use to play synth). With this view it would be easy to live play/record a track. Right now if there is a lot of samples in a kit, then not all of them can fit into audition pads view, and up/down knob needs to be used to access them.

  • independent reverb for each track(and even independent for each sample in kit)

Would be great if each synth track has its own reverb, and for kit track that could be extended to work independently for each sample.

Also question: why is reverb a global effect? Is it so cpu consuming, or sth like that? Then maybe implementing some quick freeze option would help? So it would work sort of like resampling under the hood, but would allow to unfreeze in any time and have all the parameters restored?

  • make software open source

    Hey,

if software were open source(eg on github) or kind of(license can allow to use it only on deluge), it could boost fixing bugs and adding new features(the community for sure will help).

  • make software open source

He can still have ownership of a software - right licence should be used. I imagine sth like elm programming language has, it is hosted on github but still one guy has total power of merging stuff and he decides, what is good/bad for the language.

I'm not saying that Rohan is doing a bad job. I know that this can also be source of problem eg because some people could issuing bugs that will be not from the official build. This is just an idea, not sure if good or bad. I'm a programmer and I can say that developers community is truly outstanding in case of collaborations.
