Cannot enter save mode

Hi there,
Probably user error, as I just got my deluge, but I cannot access save mode when pressing the save button.
When I press the save button, it just lights up while I press and nothing happens (no blinking). What am I doing wrong ?
I shut doing the unit and lost all the data, so noting has been saved !

Just saw the other thread, will try the slow format and adding a songs folder thingie.
Adding the songs folder did the trick
