In the iteration settings, following the option to play a note “8of8”, an option for playing a note only “once” should occur. Right now, playing a note only once is too finicky.

Yes! That would be great for sending midi cc values only once at the launch of the track, allowing you to tweek say an external synths filter cutoff manually without it reseting to the locked cc value with every loop
Does iteration-dependence affect automation? I thought it only affected notes.
