Added 2 sides of menu structure to it

Hey, I've started a git repo with a readme.md to host an example of an editable cheatsheet

mainly because I found a mistake in an old version:

anyone with a git account can fork and edit

command sheets should be updated with the commands in arranger mode e.g.:
Follow Cursor > press Cross-Screen

Over the last few weeks I created this cheatsheet.
I basically went through the popular guides and took the functions i struggled to remember.
As short as possible, as long as needed. I added some less documented shortcuts aswell.
It's highly personalized, nevertheless, if you want to use it, go on.

Changed the link and updated the pdf documentation to 3.0 with a usable toc.
As well created a shortcut cheatsheet for 3.0 ( ODS libreOffice Calc) as far as I got the information. They are a little confusing.
