Double-clicking

0

Currently we can access secondary functions via shift-clicking a pad; perhaps we could get even more functionality by rapidly hitting a pad twice (double-clicking) to get a secondary or tertiary function. There is no reason to rapidly strike a pad 'on' and 'off' outside of the audition pads currently, so this is a potentially 'untapped', quick access to features.

I would use double click on “other” notes/sequencer related shortcuts, such as :

    • velocity doubling
    • selecting whole row of notes for editing (veto, length) etc

how about long hold eg. 3 seconds

also when you start to work with modulation you will notice that double clicking would be more clicks than shift+pad ( I do this all the time: modulating pan by RND , modulating pitch by RND

    anybody else.... input ?
