Brainstorming here.
So many possibilities for layout.
1- Each pad row is a keyboard.
Or
2- the 16x8 grid is like the synth keyboard exept it plays the last played audition pads chromatically.
The deluge is such an inspiring gem.

+1 for keyboard in kit mode
i like to have big kits, would be nice to be able to play up to 16*8 samples without scrolling.
128 samples grid!!! That is opening a lot of possibilities.
Please make this happen!!
Would be potentially intense on cpu, but with a bit of disciplin, just thinking of having a palette of sound of this dimension to play with is simply breathtaking.
