Heya fellow Delugians,
I've been trying to log on the main Website for few months now (looking for an OLed upgrade for my OG unit) but something weird happen : I can't log with my registered Email adress and neither can I on the Forum. But I can log-in on the Forum using my Username with the said Email attached to it.
I've already tried to get in touch via the contact formular but it has remained unanswered so far.
I'd be quiet happy to hear from ya

the log in on the main website does not correlate to the forums, it is specifically for people that ordered a retrofit and synthstrom has provided them with a log in once it's their turn for the retrofit.
try emailing synthstrom directly for help. ian@synthstrom.com

Thanks for your answer. I thought I remembered creating an account back in the day when I bought my unit ... some 6-7 years ago, so maybe my memories are failling me. I tried to contact Ian already to see what it was about, I need to order some part and wanted to use my customer account to keep track, that's how I noticed what I took for a glitch.
I mean even on the forum my email isn't recognized ... feel weird but anyway ...
I'll try again to get in touch and otherwise I'll just place my order and see what happen as you suggest.

EDIT : I guess I found my answer in the "oled deposit" section FAQ :
" I’m trying to login into the website to place my order or check order details but it’s not working?
Logging into the website is for admin only. You don’t need to do so to place your deposit."
