Can I amend a retrofit order? (UK)

I've paid for an oled retrofit & parts, about to ship my deluge, but just realise more pads are failing 😱 Can I add more parts to my order even though the order has gone through? I'm very aware Ian said retrofit orders should be final and complete! Please let me know!
