Midi Learn Issues: Akai EWI Solo, Studiologic Numa X GT

Hello everyone!
As mentioned in the question itself, I am currently struggling connect my Deluge with these two machines: The Midi learn function just doesn't seem to work on them (which is strange, I never had this issue with any controller I used). I already contacted their support as well in case I am missing something on the configuration side, but figured I might ask here as well. Did anyone else already try to connect their Deluge with these machines? If so, how did you accomplish it? I am not trying to sequence sounds from them, I just want them to take sounds from the Deluge.

Thank for your help!

    what firmware are you using?
are you using DIN or USB?
report your MPE lower and upper settings for both IN and OUT

I am using 1.2.0 Chopin community software and tried with both USB and Din, but usually connect with USB via a hub (I also tried with direct USB just in case).
How can I see the MPE settings? or you mean the XYZ ?

mpe settings: midi>devices>(choose either usb or din)>MPE>IN (& OUT)>LOWER ZONE (& UPPER ZONE)

Thank you. With my Linnstrument and the Numax GT both connected, it shows only LInnstrument Midi as a device, IN as both zones at 7, OUT both off .
When the studiologic is the only device attached, it does not show any MIDI devices connected via usb

Small update, although the USB midi still did not work, I manage to connect the keyboard through the DIN cable
