15v ok?

Hi-

has anyone used the deluge with a 15v centre negative power supply? I ask because I am using the delly more and more with my portable modular rig, which has ample 15v power that I can invert polarity and tap....before I do work to step it down to 12v, I'm curious as to whether it would work just fine with 15.

I doubt you'd find anyone who'd have dared to risk damaging their precious Deluge like that.

Anyway since it's designed for 9 to 12 volts, I wouldn't feed it 15 volts no matter what.

This int a 'risk' thing. this is a 'is the voltage regulator on the DC input specced for 15vdc' thing.

@Ian_Jorgensen can you weigh in? I'd rather not take my deluge apart.

try using it with PD capable powerbank and you won't get more than 12v anyway
