Updated firmware to 4.1.4 sample pack doesn’t load

Hello All,
I just got a used OLED deluge and it didn’t have any drums loaded. Also, some functions were acting strangely. So I cleared the SD card and loaded the 4.1.4 firmware and the V4x stock sample pack. The firmware loaded successfully but not the samples. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

there may be some issues with the provided factory samples on the website, take a look at this thread: https://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/comment/24085
can you confirm if you are having the same issue as described in that thread. if not, are all samples not working at all for you?
