Create a new bar in between existing bars

I have a synth melody that is about 8 bars long. At bar 3 I'd like to extend the melody into bar 4 and "bump" the following melodies over. So the total length would be 9 bars long. To put another way, I'd like to insert a melody into an existing one while moving the other parts over. Is that possible? Thanks

in Arranger Mode you can insert/delete bars as needed from a given point on the "piano roll"

Thanks @chrisroland. Maybe it would be better to breakup my clips and work with them in arranger view so I can use this functionality
