Can FX be applied to a single instance/note?

in Deluge Help
Newbie question...
Can FX be applied to a single note in a pattern? For example, if I wanted to have a long reverb apply to a single snare hit, can it be applied and saved as part of the pattern (as opposed to an on-the-fly punch in)?
Thanks

Hiya, just hold down the note you want to set effect(s) to and set the level (or any other value accessible with the gold knobs & row of round buttons) and it'll be locked to that single note, and you can do the same whilst holding down multiple notes. It's much like the P-lock function on Elektron machines. Very powerful and simple.
It's all saved in your project.
Thanks PB
So just to be clear (forgive me, I don't have a Deluge yet, I'm just trying to determine if it's going to do the things I want to do)...
The FX that I apply as you describe above - will it/they be applied with unique settings to that one note, or are the FX just FX sends, so the same FX settings will be used wherever they are applied? In other words, could I apply a slapback delay to a track, a single long decaying delay to a single note, and a subtle delay to the entire song?
there is only one global reverb, any clip or kit row can have it's own unique send amount, but all other reverb settings are universal i believe.
delays, mod-fx, distortion are all unique too, but certain parameters are shared across the same instrument that have multiple clips. an example is your synth lead may have a mod-fx of chorus, you can't have another clip instance of your synth lead that uses phaser. outside of this, fx's are mostly unaffected, but things like oscillator type and such will follow each instance of a particular instrument.
what you described with delays is possible.
