Pad Sensitivity Decrease

After several years of consistent use, I have noticed a significant decrease in the sensitivity of my pads recently. Sometimes I press them and they don't work. This happens often enough to make me a bit nervous for live performance. Anybody have any experience with this? Do they need a cleaning? How would I do that?

Mine is still like new, but I probably don't use as heavily add you do. I did replace my rotary encoders after maybe two years and think I need to replace one again soon.

If you're going to go through the trouble to disassemble your Deluge for cleaning, you might just as well replace the pads with new ones. Just my two cents.
I could have sworn I had seen an offer earlier to send it in for maintenance with replacement of various parts. Maybe that was an add-on to the OLED retrofit offer though.
