Crash with error i026

Hi everybody
Yesterday my deluge made a crash, i have it since 2 weeks and it the second time he made me a crash. First time i lost controls (still playing but no control at all, i had to reboot).
This time he made me a strange sound when crashing and before reboot. But this time i had an error message :
"
ERROR : I026
PRESS SELECT KNOB TO
ATTEMPT RESUME. THEN
SAVE TO NEW FILE.
"
I did that then reboot and i could continue the project.
Just want to know if this kind of crash are known ?
I was working on an audio track, i don't remember what i was doing exactly, maybe just clearing the track, or twiking some parameter like reverb or saturation.
