Scale per section rather than global per song

If you change key in a song from one section to the next, it confuses the Deluge's scale detection. I often find if I have a song that does this, I get stuck with "Othe" even though it's just two normal minor scales.
Does the scale have to be set globally for the whole song? Is it possible to make it local per section?

My work around for this is just turn scale mode off. Then I'm not restricted by it. But would be a nice feature in the future.
