I sent my Deluge the 23rd of march from Montréal suburb. No news since.
3 full weeks since so probably nothing to worry about yet but who knows.
Anyone in Canada got their Deluge back yet?

I sent my Deluge the 21st of march and it's on it's way back since yesterday. Should hopefully have it back in the next couple of days.
So 3 weeks sounds pretty normal to me, at least in Canada time frame.

@janbert Did they contact you to let you know they received your Deluge and/or that they shipped it back to you?
I am in Montréal which is way closer to Toronto than Vancouver is, but still no news whatsoever.

They didnt contact me when they received it. But I got a Canada Post tracking ID sent to my email once they shipped it back.

Just got it back today, here in damp Whistler. I had shipped it to the installers on Mar 28th.
Damn… still no news here.
I paid over the odds for quick delivery to Toronto (arrived next day, which was even more efficient than I expected), so don't be too downhearted. Would suggest contacting them anyway.
I contacted Ian and he told me they received my unit but found some failing resistor in it so they wait for parts to repair it.
No reason to worry after all. 😎
Any news on retrofits in Canada? Sent my Deluge @ April 17 Starting to get antsy.
Mine took around 6 weeks.
