Tech support wait time

Hi folks,
I'm just wondering if anyone knows how long the tech support turnaround is (through the form on synthstrom website).
I put in a ticket a week or so back and wonder whether it didn't get through or I just need to hold tight, given they've clearly got loads on.

    They’re probably busy gearing up for retrofits.
