Sorry. got the email, went to the site, put in order. Noticed site was slow. Ooops, my bad...
That worked well. In my case, the site wasn't slow at all. And I'm happy with a random queue. That seems to be a fair way to do it.
I have ordered a retrofit.
In the confirmation-Page it says that you get a confirmation-Email? Unfortunately I have not received one yet.

Does anyone know what time Round 2 opens? It says October 10th, which is the date in New Zealand right now.

It's nice that's another round, but some (most ?) didn't got an email after paying in the first round. Maybe solve that first ?!

It will still take some time until you have to send your Deluge in. Depending on your region as late as May 2023.
So there's nothing to worry/panic
Its answered in the FAQ on that page. Most servers block our autoresponders or bulk emails. We have everyone's orders.
It's still good to hear that from you in the forum, coz it can be overlooked in the faq page (which can change over time).
If anyone gets picked early for retrofit from round 1, please post what the shipping instructions are ... please note if Synthstrom sends a box to ship or what they recommend. I will do the same if I get notification.

This is lovely and all, but a 5 month window of uncertainty for a core piece of sudio gear is difficult to manage. It makes any type of planning (touring, travel, studio work) very very uncertain. I understand this is a stretch for the whole synthstrom team, but I suggest its better to release something later with "normal" service times and and well defined schedules rather than an open plan which is impossible plan around.
