How do I delete a synth?

With the Deluge it is possible to delete a song on the SD card. This is explained on page 4 in the Community Guide. However there is nothing to be found in any guide on how to delete a synth on the SD card.

    From the synth loading browser (using load + synth) navigate to the preset you want to delete and press shift + save/delete. Press save/delete again to confirm.

    The targeted synth is indeed deleted from the SD card. However the synth image in ram is not. It doesn't dissappear from ram. You can still play the synth. This looks like a bug or better said something not thought about. Or is this by design?

    When deleting a synth in the SD card the same synth in ram should also be deleted or a separate delete function should be made for synths residing in ram. A function to reset a synth to its default settings could also be useful.
