Loading multiple samples without pitch detection?

I’ve got a set of samples that I’d like to just load and map to a key range without the pitch detection. So sample 1 starts at C1 and goes up the keys until all samples are mapped. At first I thought a kit might be the way to do this but kits seem to have a limit on the number of samples.
I’ve looked and it seems if I create the XML manually this might be possible?

Scrub that, user error!
My first attempt to try and load the samples into a kit showed ‘can’t’ so I assumed it wasn’t possible from there. Just tried again and it does what I want now.
