Is Deluge 4.0 will have new top panel, with new shortcuts?
I want to buy Deluge, but considering to wait for 4.0 version. Is it worth to wait?

Pretty sure the main bits of the 4.0 firmware had already been added in advance to the 3.0 face plate in anticipation (Wavetable, for example).
Haven't heard anything of a new face plate for this version, specifically.
yes, the current panel was done in anticipation of the new 4.0 features. no plans for a new panel for the release.
