"CARD" alert error when turning on after latest firmware update and freeze when loading some songs

Just got the Deluge. Worked on a couple of songs then did the latest firmare update. After installing when tried to load up old projects I get a a weird alert that says "FirN" or "FirA" F i r and a n with a dash above. Then it just freezes and won't load. If i do try to make a new song and save it, then try to load that song it does work. But old files seem to not load properly.
Anyone experiencing similar issues? Any advice?

Sounds like the update didn’t go right. You may still have the old bin file on the card or in hidden files. If needed, try a factory reset as well by holding SELECT while powering on.
