When I use an effect on my whole song like a cutoff, every track I add afterwards will have this automation, is there a way to cancel this automation on 1 track and leave it for the rest of the tracks? I hope I make sense here.

All tracks will have their sound affected by the affect entire song parameters.
But you could copy the automation from the filter knob affecting the entire song and then paste it onto the filters of the tracks you want it on and delete it from the song level knob.
