CV control of external synth with a Deluge and Ableton/Bitwig

So I have connected my Moog Grandmother to my Deluge via CV out and I can control the filter knob by drawing into the deluge CV notes I guess and this successfully changes the filter... YAY this is my first CV usage ever so I'm pretty happy :).

Now I would like to remotely do the same thing from Ableton through the Deluge to the Grandmother.... I'm not sure how to get Ableton to talk to the Deluge to do this in real time without recording the notes into the Deluge if that makes sense?

    You can send MIDI notes from Ableton (or send a CC remapped to notes if you like) and learn it to a CV track on the Deluge - i.e. a MIDI to CV conversion :)
    Does that make sense?
