Looks like this feature was partially implemented?
Currently we can create kit synth drums by changing the oscillator type to a synth instead of sample.
or start a new patch by holding audition+synth when in a kit.
There is unfortunately no way to manage these drum synth patches (without using an external patch editor).
A way to load and save these patches would open up a world of percussion / drum synth creativity.
I would use synthesis for all of my drums & percussion if kit synth patch management was implemented.
I'm sure many others would too.
Please can we prioritise this?

Synth drums are currently crippleware unfortunately. It's quite frustrating not to be able to save/update/reuse this powerful drumsynth option.
Glad you brought it up.
I’m super keen to be able to load synth presets in the kit mode also.
+100 and a way to automate pitch would send kit track to space!!!

Loading synth presets in a kit from the synth preset bank is definitely one feature that should not be that hard to implement imho and it would be a load of fun.

+1, it would be cool to be able to copy a synth row and paste it in a kit so the note you want get copied.

also doesnt seem to be posible to add the second oscillator if you try to create synth patch in drum kit mode and more decimal places on the envelope decay are a must for drum synth so env can be made more snappy for those hits at the moment 1 on the decay feels like it needs deeper resolution and a exponential curve option might be useful for use with percussion this especialy would make my day but all the same i am loving all the new stuff
