Audio dropout after changing sample mode

Does anyone have this same issue? When using a loop or sample, if you change the mode to "stretch", and then push play on your sequence, there is an audio dropout on at the beginning of the bar. This only happens once, and will trigger just fine the 2nd time around. It happens every time I use stretch, which is anytime I use a loop. Thanks for your help!

Please disregard this. I was able to trace the problem to the speakers, not the deluge.
