Assign multiple parameters (and amounts thereof) to custom encoders

The LEARN function is great, however it could be improved by allowing multiple parameters to be learned/assigned. For each assignment you would be able to set an amount and direction in which the target parameter will be adjusted. This is akin to the 'morph' knobs available on modern Elektron gear, and also on the fabled Nord Modular.
