Lost the white time cursor! How do I get it back?

in Deluge Help

Hi - I'm a new deluge user (3 weeks or so) and a few days ago I somehow lost the "white time cursor" (or whatever you call it - the white column that moves across the pad to the tempo of the track )
I can't seem to get it back - anyone know how to do so?

I've been searching through the manual, with no success!

    system settings/CURSor/ fast / slow / off.
