Shortcut for creating an Audio track already set with an input source of choice

I often use the Deluge as a looper and each time I create a new project and create an audio track, the steps to set the audio track input to, for example, LEFT., is pretty fast and simple. But I wouldn't mind to do that with a shortcut. Thanks!

why not save a template for this use and then "save as" something else if you want it to be song-specific?
