CV and Gate sequencing a Make Noise 0 Coast

I am trying to sequence my Make Noise 0 Coast with the CV and Gate from the Deluge and find that it just doesn't go down low enough in pitch to play the Subby Bass lines that I've written. Midi seems to go quite a bit lower, is there a solution to this or is that just the way it is ?

I think the Deluge can only supply positive voltage from its CV outs, and I'm guessing the 0 Coast supports negative voltage for low notes. To get the musical result you want, you'd need to tune the oscillator(s) to the bottom of your desired range and sequence notes on the Deluge near the bottom of its range.
did you try midi instead?
Interested in this thread as I'm looking to build my first modular kit specifically to work with the Deluge. Wondering it it will be worth looking at one of the MIDI to CV Gate modules?
