This only happens to me when I have kick drum hitting at the same time as a fat bass sound, usually high passing the kick and using sidechain fixes it.

Bump Would be great to have a grid based 16 band EQ on the Deluge....currently I'm having to export the stems out of the Deluge just to EQ them in Ableton which is a bit annoying...would love to just be able to do the EQing on the Deluge.

There's a post in the Questions and Feedback forum, where someone has mentioned that Rohan is going to substantially improve the time stretching algorithm in the next update.
-
@Mafoo said: the pitch shift quality is not comparable to a DAW, but Rohan is said to have improved the stretch/pitch shift algorithm substantially in the next update (which should be going to beta testing soon). That's good to know, as I…

Already been suggested; http://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/comment/4877#Comment_4877

Yeah I was thinking it would be cool if there was a 'SURE?' message before overwriting already saved data, as it's currently way to easy too accidentally overwrite.

@MatthewGeorge said: Sounds like your cross screen edit button is on. Cross screen definitely is not on, that's the first thing I checked.

@RandomAztec said: Stereo widening would be great. The ping pong delay helps but I'm definitely missing space in my sound I did actually make a suggestion about stereo/mono amounts, but it didn't get much attention unfortunately. Here is…

@Icoustik said: @cypher79 You already can basically? Press Song button while in arranger, then press one of the dimmed mute/section buttons so they light up and Song view is activated. Yeah I know you can do that, but I meant without hav…

+1, I want to be able to press a pad in Arrangement view, to jump into that particular sequence in Song view.
-
@Icoustik said: Huh? The volume is displayed on Master vol shortcut for tracks. No can do on affect entire song volume, that's true I just checked that Master shortcut again and you're right, now it is displaying individual track volumes.…
-
It's not too bad with the other gold knob parameters, as they all have an equivalent shortcut on the grid that does display accurate info for them....all except the volume it seems, which is pretty odd, as the volume is the most crucial parameter.
-
Because I give each sound it's own kit, so that way each sound can have its own colour, and then the same colour in song/arrangement view. But as there's only 12 colours available in song view, that means I can only have 12 sounds in a song (unle…
-
This is exactly why I made this suggestion to have access to all colours in song view; http://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/1360/access-all-colours-in-song-view#latest That way, if you give each sound it's own kit track, then every sound co…

Good to see I'm not the only one working like this! Another bonus I've found from working this way, is that if you turn on 'affect entire', you then get another layer of FX, another filter and some more volume for each sound. One downside so …
-
And give us all shades too, as currently there is only one shade for each colour in song view, whereas kit view has multiple shades for each colour.
-
The white ones are just blank clips aren't they? Basically just giving you another colour. Actually I've just realised that this wouldn't even be a problem if we could get all shades of each colour in song view (like in kit view), then we could j…

Bump, often running into situations where I need this feature...

@amiga909 said: before v2.0 i reached the limits a few times. getting cuts in long samples and such. http://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/795/how-to-deal-with-cpu-overload#latest since 2.0, never reached the limits so far. Yeah …

@DVB said: No doubt this would be a useful feature but I'm confused as there are other feature requests that have many more upvotes than this one yet this is getting implemented. I realize that Rohan may have his own vision that supercedes that o…

@Stije said: there is a panning function.....so you can already make room in the stereo field.... Panning is not the same thing as Stereo Imaging.
-
Bump This feature would be really useful imo, it's basically a Stereo Imager and probably not that difficult to implement (I'm assuming so anyway)
-
+1, would love to see a compressor on the Deluge.
-
Would be good if it's easy to implement, I guess it depends how similar (or not) the code is for each synth engine.
-
I'm having the same problem too, randomly getting extremely loud kick drum on beat 1 across various different projects since the recent update....kinda worried it's damaging my headphones (and hearing) when this happens.
-
Thanks for the tip Rohan, thats perfect! I never really used the 'browse' button much for some reason, I always just used 'load' to bring in new samples. And looking forward to the 'collect all & save', you guys are doing great work with the …

@rohan said: I haven't seen this bug either... so just holding down an audition pad shows the name of the last file you browsed to? Yes that's correct. @rohan said: If you then browse to another file, does this change again? …
-
You can do that in song mode, just solo the part you want, then record to SD card.
-
A similar suggestion of a 'Collect All & Save' feature has been requested a number of times....it would make a copy of all samples and synth patches used in a song and place them in a folder with the song file.
