+1 and / or making "instant launch" the default
-
I noticed that you can assign the Arp for each individual row of the drum kits! ( rather than for the entire kit ) here, about 4:00 Which is interesting, overlaps, but isn't the same as what we're talking about here.

@alien_brain said: btw franz you zound like an emergency weather announcer I haven't heard that one before. ; - ) but Agent Smith is often mentioned. It's better to speak clearly than be misunderstood.
-
thanks! I would not have guessed that until much later
-
Why does anyone want a "song mode" anyway? This is our escape from the DAW way of doing things.
-
@Kapus said: Please look at my suggestion (interface idea...), what do you think? it's interesting, but what I've described would be easier to add to the existing system any way they make it, note repeat repeat repeat!
-
It's true, we also need Song Names. A number isn't so recognizable when flipping through many sessions
-
Interesting, I will try this. This Deluge has been intended to perhaps replace ( ! ) my Electribes for live shows, we'll see after the learning curve. ( The reason was - sequencer too simple, preferred ESX button type, etc... )
-
More music, less Trolling.
-
There are Daedelus samples on the machine, I'm sure he has thought this. ; - ) Perhaps a MLR-ish mode for the looped samples inside Deluge OS?
-
Great, thanks! Carry the Electribe sound into the Next Level
-
Some chefs cook with a lot of icing. ; - ) Also, what is "cake" is a matter of personal opinion. Stutter is a frequent feature in current EDM, as it was in IDM before. These type of features really shine on such machines as Spark, Tempest, Elec…
-
The Delay system now is needlessly confusing - most users will want to use tempo synched delay? non-synch doesn't have much use. I liked the Electribe ESX delay settings a lot ( better than ES2 in this way )
-
+1 for delay at note intervals
-
Got my Delguge! Have liked using this. I realize, It'd be useful to have the loop grab lock to numbered beat intervals.
-
Get me this feature, and I can sell a hundred Deluges. ; - )
-
Are the internal volume levels enough to not require a preamp? ( I used to use Mic-in on my Electribe ESX for vocals, and I would repeat it on Deluge. )
-
Each style has it's advantages. To have both would be best, eventually.
-
Reverse on stutter can be interesting! ( Called "reverse looper" etc. on other gear )
-
!ssseY

Yes please! My favorite looper examples are RC505 and Kaoss Pad 3 I understand there are "live pickup machines" on Octatrack that could grab a certain number of bars and then save them when prompted.
-
I also wrote it up this way, with YouTube examples: Drum Roll Please! Literally… I'd wish for a “roll” or “note repeat” functionality that could be toggled on or off. ( Similar to the function on MPC, Electribe “arpeggiator” etc. ) The buttons…
