When I was making music with computers, I would use Transient Shaper plugins a lot, mainly for making drum sounds more punchy and stand out in the mix more.... would be cool if the Deluge had something like this.

Why would it use too much CPU? In Ableton you can throw on hundreds of EQ's with barely any loss in processing compared to using synths...and Synthstrom say that the 2.0 update will add "30-50% more CPU power".

Either way we really need a better EQ on the Deluge, the current one feels like an afterthought.

There's a post in the Questions and Feedback forum, where someone has mentioned that Rohan is going to substantially improve the time stretching algorithm in the next update.

Rohan has mentioned that there is going to be a 'Collect All & Save' feature forthcoming.

Apart from the lack of a compressor and proper EQ, I think the current FX on the Deluge are pretty solid but definitely room for improvement....overall I think there's a good base to build on from here though.

(I figured this topic needed it's own thread in this suggestion forum, as it's been talked about quite a lot in other sub forums.)

If I want to make a small change in arrangement view (such as an extra drum hit or extra note at the end of a phrase) then I really don't want to create a new clip and use up another colour just for that.

So please let us make small changes to Arranger view without having to create new clips for everything.
