About the Deluge Stems Uploader
Hello everyone, I've posted this elsewhere but now I have my own category, woohoo!
I came up with a workflow and Mac app for uploading my songs to the Deluge in a way that lets me flexibly move around my songs and bring in different parts. It automatically creates a Deluge song file and copies across all your samples. Loop lengths are automatically calculated so you don't have to go through the hardware interface setting each sample to the right timing.
Here is a link to a blog post containing a video tutorial and a link to download the app.
How to upload stems to your Synthstrom Deluge →
The app is not perfect yet but if you follow the file naming convention you shouldn't have any problems. (Drag and drop works, it just a bit clunky for now, especially with a lot of audio files).
I'll prioritise bug fixes and new features based on feedback here.
Thanks!

Uploading stems to the Deluge
I have tried many different stem management processes on many different hardware sequencers but never have I come up with such a straightforward workflow as I outline in this blog post.

TLDR: I show how to break up a track in Ableton, export stems with a naming convention, then use my macOS app to create colour coded, section-sequenced song files for the Deluge.

Third Party Software for the Deluge
Hi all, I was pointed towards this section of the forum after posting about a stem management workflow and app. I have a blog post and video here: https://squares.tv/deluge
Wondering if this would be a candidate for its own channel here? I am told I need @Ian_Jorgensen's blessing
Also thank you @rohan for the XML format documentation - I reverse-engineered what I needed for my tool but couldn't make sense of the tempo stuff. Glad to know that when I update my app I can set the right tempo along with everything else.

Is it possible to resample an individual clip?
Thanks - I didn't know about the Community Guide! Looks handy.
