+1, and copy and paste a single row in a kit track.
-
I had something like this happen, turns out I'd accidentally knocked the lock switch on the SD card.
-
Bump Keep running into this issue....we need to be able to copy and paste single kit tracks (and solo them too!)
-
@rohan said: Ah, that's good news. Yeah that's strange. What card were you using before - was it the included one? No the included one has worked fine for me, it was an old one I had been using, I think it's a fake.
-
@rohan said: Strange one. Haven't heard of this happening before, and it sounds very odd that it's outputting a 32bit WAV file. Could you please email me the song file so I can see if I get the same behaviour, and ideally the wav file too if not …
-
I just checked the WAV in Poweramp, and it's showing 32 bit 44.1khz....which is odd, as I thought the Deluge was 24 bit.
-
@Mystic38 said: unclear to me.. I bought a pair of AKG702 which are 250 Ohm and the output is sadly too low to be usable. They work fine on phones, tablets and audio interfaces and mixers, but not on the Deluge. Thanks for your post, this…

+1, it's kinda hard to get automations exactly how you want them with the current method, drawing them in would be much better.
-
Would this work with NI Battery 4? As I don't use the software anymore, so would be good to drop the wav library from it on to my Deluge.
-
Why can't the Deluge display letters like this? It would have been so easy to add, and made such a big difference to usability.
-
Yeah I totally get why they didn't want the focus to be on the screen, but it seems bizarre that they went for one which is so difficult to read? It isn't easy trying to navigate through large sample libraries on this thing I'm not asking for a …
-
I wish the Deluge's screen could display letters correctly, my decade old car stereo has one of these style screens and it can display any letter just fine? Would be great though if we could switch the screen out for one that isn't a pain to read.

I actually quit making music because I was getting bored with making music with computers, but the Deluge has got me back into it.... I absolutely love the fact that I can just sit back on my couch and be making music on the Deluge within seconds of…
-
@minigoat that's a good idea, I will have to do that Although I'm kinda hoping they add a file utility to the 2.0 update, don't think there's much chance though
-
Moving synth patches that have already been used in songs will obviously mess the song up, so that's why we urgently need a 'Collect All & Save' function....either that or users would have to mess around editing XML files, or going through all y…

@Icoustik said: @cypher79 The new drive filter effectively functions as a smoother saturation, affect an entire kit/ song with it and adjust the volumes going into it to taste That's good to know, as I'm waiting on the full 2.0 update (…
-
The Deluge's FX certainly have potential, but currently they feel a bit rough round the edges and could use some refinement...for instance the Saturation sounds more like Distortion, and only 2 bands on the EQ is pretty weak imo, we really need more…

@o0_ said: I searched and I couldn't see a post in suggestions to that effect. I guess I'll create one? There's one here - http://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/820/screen-to-show-exact-value-of-parameter-knobs
-
Why would it use too much CPU? In Ableton you can throw on hundreds of EQ's with barely any loss in processing compared to using synths...and Synthstrom say that the 2.0 update will add "30-50% more CPU power". Either way we really need a better …
-
+1, having to listen through ALL the synth presets to find the sound you want is just tedious.
-
@dest4b said: i renamed a lot of sampels in the beginning with 001-999 in folders like BD and HH and SD. Yeah I really regret not doing this in the first place
-
Thanks for the suggestions, the problem I have is that many of these samples have file names that the Deluge cannot read, so I need to do a lot of batch renaming, which means its going to be difficult locating the samples I've already used. The D…

I've already added these great synth presets from Guilherm3 in this thread - http://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/712/100-presets-for-synthstrom-deluge#latest I'm guessing I'm gonna have to renumber these presets when the new ones get added by…

The Deluge only has 64mb of ram, so with 100 samples loaded, you have almost certainly run out of memory.
-
I usually put my Deluge on charge by usb shortly after the red light comes on...it can take a long time to charge though, anywhere between 5-8 hours until the light turns from yellow to green. I usually just leave it to charge overnight, and it's…

@eclipxe said: Just one sidechain bus afaik I thought so, guess I will add this to the suggestion forum.

+1....as soon as you zoom out a few levels, all your neatly colour coded tracks just become solid blocks of white...its really confusing.
-
@minigoat said: be cool yes. (pretty sure it took Ableton 'till version 7 to get slicing by warp markers...but then again they didnt have Rohan so...) Lots of 'old school' grooveboxes had auto transient detection, and some of those mac…

I got my Deluge before 1.4, so my written manual doesn't have the new features, but it looks like they have updated the online manual with them, thanks

My apologies, I just noticed there is already a thread about compression Mods, feel free to delete this thread
