Laggy bottom golden knob
Hi fellow delugers, tech friends and musiclovers!
I have yet to introduce myself in these forums since getting my deluge some years back. I've been traveling with it and using it in all kinds of outdoor environments, learning and playing around.
Now, to my question: how can I best and safely clean my deluge? I think my bottom golden knob for effects has some 'gunk' in it or something, cuz it is either unresponsive when turning, or giving wild up/down responses when I try to move it for any of its effects. So my first thought is to maybe disasemble the knob and outer shell, and use some kind of I guess alcohol and swabs to get dust/gunk off? or can someone give me some good tips etc or maybe other troubleshooting steps for finding a solution to this issue? My main guess is it is hardware and not software, but I haven't made some kind of troubleshooting honestly. Everything else works perfect.
All the best!
Will share some of the fun stuff I've made later in another thread post whatever!
Thanks!
