HOW TO: Rename factory presets to names from manual - Mac or Linux
So, quick question on this as I see this as being useful for some bulk renaming of files. Does the deluge allow for special characters in the file names like ":" or "-". I'm really partial to the naming schema on my EMU Command Station where it prefaces each filename with the type of instrument it is: (i.e. SYN:, BAS:, PRC:, PAD:, etc.)

Can I rename patches and kits on my computer by just renaming the .xml files?
Quick question here. Do I have to name kits/patches on the deluge or can I just pop the SD card onto my PC and then rename the .xml files? How would this handle sorting or versioning for synth patches or appending patches?
Also are there any special character limits? Could I for example name a patch SYN:Saw Lead or Bas:Deep Sub.
